For purposes of establishing the filing and recording fee, every document filed for recordation:

 

·         SHALL be captioned as to type of act on the first page

·         SHALL have on the first page a margin of two (2) inches at top

·         SHALL have two (2) inch margin at the bottom and one (1) inch on the sides

·         SHALL not have type size smaller than 8 point

 

Any document not in compliance shall be charged an additional Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars non-compliance fee.

 

Any document submitted for recordation should contain the assigned number for the Notary.
